Working hours and the working week is now governed by UK Law. Working Hour are defined in the Working Time Regulations (1998) which encompass the European Working Time Directive.
Your total working hours are the hours that you work excluding breaks. You working week is the sum of the hours you work not excluding paid or unpad breaks.
