Pressure Convertor

The pressure calculator converts pressure measurements between different pressure units.

There is also a table showing the conversion factors used in this calculator which dynmaically converts pressurce measurements to all defined measurement units.

Selecting a unit from the "Convert from" dropdown list displays a brief description of the measurement unit.

Standard Atmosphere (atm) = typical air pressure at sea level

You can refine the calculations by controlling the number of decimal places that the calculator calculates to. The default is 2 decimal places.

The pressure convertor calculates pressure using the following conversion factors:

1 standard atmosphere = 1.013250 x 105 Pascals

1 technical atmosphere = 9.806650 x 104 Pascals

1 Bar = 1 x 105 Pascals

1 Mercury (in Hg) = 3.38638 x 103 Pascals

1 Mercury (mm Hg) = 1.33322 x 102 Pascals

1 PSI = 6.894757 x 103 Pascals

1 Torr = 1.33322 x 102 Pascals

1 Inches of Water (in H2O) = 2.49082 x 102 Pascals
