How to Create an Organisation Chart

This guide explains how to create an organisation chart on iCalculator using the free Org Chart App.

Organisation charts provide a hierarchal diagram of an organisations structure. With the iCalculator Org Chart App, You can add branches, Departments, Teams and staff to your company, the org chart dynamically builds itself. Simply click on the plus (+) signs to expand a specific, Branch, Department or Team to view specific company setup and infrastructure.You can see an example org chart below.


  1. From the top menu, select Company then Org chart


That's it! The app automatically builds your company hierachy when you:

  1. Add your company
  2. Add your Branches, Departments and Teams
  3. Add your Employees
