Please reply to this thread if you wish to provide feedback on any of the calculators in the members section.

If reporting a bug or unexplained / unexpected action whilst using a tool or application, please remember to:

  1. Tell us the name of the calculator
  2. If possible, copy and paste the url of the calculator
  3. Tell us what browser you are using (note that we won't spend much time resolving internet explorer 8 and below errors... get yourself a new browser!
  4. Describe what you were doing when you encountered a problem
  5. Describe what you expected to happen
  6. If possible, include a screenshot

Please add as much detail and information as possible to help us identify the root cause and resolve the issue quickly for you.

I am using the Bradford Factor excel calculator that I have downloaded and the spread sheet does not allow me to change the three Bradford Factor levels. Can you tell me how to do this please,

You may have an older version of the Heatmap, we updated this just a few weeks ago to allow users to change the metrics. Download the latest version of the Bradford Factor spreadsheet here


The image below refers to the following two steps.

  1. Click Enable Editing
  2. Change the threshold numbers


Out of curiosity, what numbers are you using and what is the rationale? It is good to get feedback and we can use any details you share to help refine the Attendance Management App that we will release in Jan. This is a free app built into our New Members area.
